Trico Building Contractors Ltd is a professional, surveyor-led principal contractor delivering high-quality building, refurbishment and construction services across the commercial, industrial and social housing sectors. Led by Chartered Surveyors and experienced construction professionals, every project benefits from regulated technical expertise, rigorous quality standards and hands-on delivery capability.
We are a newly established business, but our team brings a proven record of delivering complex, multi-site programmes — from external improvement schemes across occupied residential properties to commercial dilapidations, demolition and industrial refurbishment.
